Return request

We hope you love your LOVANIE purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your items being delivered to request a refund. 

Email us at hello@lovanie.com or fill out the contact form. Please allow us 2 business days to reply to your return request. Once approved, items must be shipped back to us within 3 days of our email response.

Return eligibility

Items must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed with hang tags attached to be eligible for returns. Items sent to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

We currently accept returns in the US at this time. International orders are considered final sale.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to ship the items back to us. As a small business, we currently only offer refunds in a form of store credit (minus shipping costs) for future purchases. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the item.
